the transfer i purchased was not present upon my arrival. i had to call the hotel to inquire about the driver's whereabouts. additionally, when asking questions at reception, staff directed me to someone else without providing a definitive answer. this lack of clear information and initial inconvenience set a negative tone.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is a short walk from the ferry port. our room featured a separate sofa area and a gorgeous view. the breakfast offered was really good with plenty of choices. i found the beach nice. It included free sun beds and umbrellas.
the staff could be abrupt when asked a question, a little disappointing. i would have liked a smoother interaction when seeking assistance.

The island provides a perfect setting. I enjoyed the restaurants and walking street near the hotel. The hotel has two outdoor pools. The hotel includes a private beach area. The hotel features a well-equipped spa. It made relaxation easy.
The hotel safe in the room had issues. Then the keycard mechanism tripped out. I could not get in the room! Some lights did not work in the bathroom.

The hotel has a private beach with sunbeds for hotel guests. Freshwater showers are available on the beach. A restaurant and bar are located right next to the beach. The hotel also features a large swimming pool in a pleasant area.
The shower in my room had temperature issues. It was slightly temperamental. Everything else was amazing.

The room was fresh. The modern decor really impressed me. The breakfast had many options. I appreciated the breakfast bag made by reception for my early departure. It ensured I had something to eat on my journey home. The staff demonstrates thoughtfulness.
The dinner at The Baja was not so great. The food didn't quite meet my expectations. the waiters seemed a bit unfocused.

The hotel beach is fine. It felt PRIVATE being located at one end of the bay. The sunbeds are so comfortable. Clean towels were always available.
